McDonald’s not Loving it- Blast Music To Keep Homeless Away

Midtown Sacramento residents say the nonstop blasting of bagpipe music are driving them crazy. The city should do something about the homeless issue. While i don't agree that McDonald's should disturb neighbors with the nonstop blasting of music I can certainly understand it.
