Monopolies Aren't Bad Says Apple CEO

Apple CEO Tim Cook says monopolies can be a good thing if not abused. He claims that Apple is not a monopoly. I disagree. Apple has a 30 percent fee in Itune store for Spotify. To avoid that fee Spotify would have to raise prices making Apple in-house service cheaper. What would you call that Timmy?
