Do the homeless have rights to sleep on sidewalks? The supreme court will meet Friday to discuss this topic. I personally feel it's not a right to pollute public taxpayers space. Just take a look at San Francisco. You have them defecating on sidewalks and violent attacks on people. Some beg for money and are very rude towards you If you refuse.
