Some people shouldn't be gun owners. If you have a temper issue you really should't be owning a gun. The Harris County Sheriff’s Office reported on twitter Saturday about the incident. KPRC reported that the man went home came back and the haircut was fixed for free. This is the part that gets me? They fixed it? The man is still on the loose driving a 4 door gray sedan.
