Why would Detroit Firefighters take photo in front burning House?

Being a homeowner I can just imagine my home being on fire losing everything and my pets dying then seeing firemen online posting a picture in front of my burning house? All those in the picture at the minimum should be suspended . I'd like to see them all terminated. What possible reason can one have for doing such a thing?
